Delivery
Please note our Shipping Policy applies to All Orders made online, and your order processing will begin once you have received your order confirmation email.
Your Order will be delivered by M D Building Supplies Ltd or one of our trusted logistics partners.
We regret that we are unable to deliver to any Northern Ireland & Ireland, Scotland, Scottish islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey and BFPO addresses.
We offer FREE UK delivery on orders over £66. For orders under £66 there is a £9.99 delivery charge.
If you order on a Friday / Saturday / Sunday your order will be dispatched on the following Monday, except for Bank Holidays.
If your order is urgent, please call us on 07946 831 731 and we can let you know when your order will arrive.
It can take up three working days to deliver to some postcodes including the outlying parts of the UK mainland.
For security or legal reasons certain products must be signed for by an adult, 18 years or older.

Unfortunately, delays can happen which are often beyond our control. Although we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, we do endeavour to try our very best to make our customers aware of any potential problems in order to limit any inconvenience.

Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Sales@MDBuildingSupplies.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Please note Return Shipping Fees will Apply.

Damages and issues
We take great care to ensure that all orders are delivered in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged product, we ask that you follow these steps:
- Inspection Upon Receipt: Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items carefully for any visible signs of damage. If you notice any damage to the product or packaging, please take immediate action.
- Damaged Goods: If the product is damaged, we kindly ask that you refuse the delivery at the time of receipt. Notify the delivery driver of the damage and ensure the parcel is returned to us.
- Reporting Damages: If you have already accepted the delivery and later notice damage, please report this to our sales team on the same day that you received the order. You must send an email to sales@mdbuildings.com, along with a clear photo showing the damage to the item and packaging. This helps us process your claim swiftly.
- Return Procedure: If damage is reported in line with the above process, we will arrange for the return of the item and provide you with further instructions for either a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
We cannot accept responsibility for damages reported later than the day of delivery, so we kindly ask that you adhere to this timeframe to ensure a smooth returns process.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and your refund.
